Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
The short version. Everything you share with us is held in strict confidence. We collect only what you choose to give us. This website sets no cookies and runs no trackers or analytics. We never sell, rent or trade personal data, and we protect it with the same standards we sell.
1. Who we are
Revilo ("we", "us") provides premium cyber security services to businesses and individuals. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, revilosecurity.com.
Privacy questions or requests: hello@revilosecurity.com.
2. What we collect, and why
We collect personal data only when you actively submit it through this site:
- Service & partnership enquiries: your name, email address, and any details you include (such as company name or requirements). Used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to prepare our services. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, used to send you occasional service updates and security intelligence. Lawful basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
- Direct correspondence: if you email us, we hold that correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and maintain our records.
We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not include sensitive details in enquiry messages beyond what is necessary.
3. What we don't do
- No cookies. No tracking pixels. No analytics scripts. No fingerprinting.
- No selling, renting or trading of personal data.
- No advertising networks or social media trackers on this site.
- No automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Strict confidentiality
Confidentiality is the foundation of everything we do. Anything you share with us, through this website or in the course of our work together, is treated as strictly confidential, accessed only by those who need it, and never disclosed to third parties.
Your data is protected with the same standards we sell: encrypted connections, hardware-backed multi-factor authentication, strict least-privilege access, and domain-level email authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC) so correspondence from us cannot be impersonated.
Full details of our processing arrangements, including where your data is held, for how long, and how to access, correct or delete it, are available on request at hello@revilosecurity.com. We respond to every request promptly and personally.
5. Third-party links
This site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not extend to them.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be noted on this page.
